Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product and your order experience. We aren’t just a website with standard policies. We are a family run company and take product satisfaction very seriously. While we aim to govern with a universal policy because that’s what you do these days, we also know there are exceptions to the rules and things happen. If in doubt, Contact Us and we will see what we can do to make it right. Just know that we are a small team and it may take us a day to get back with you.

Shipping Information

For website orders, we currently ship all products throughout the continental USA. Due to regulations, we are unable to ship our continuous spray products to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any PO Boxes throughout the entire United States and it’s territories. All lotions and solid products (non-hazmat) may ship throughout the entire United States and it’s territories.

Do you like free shipping?

We offer free shipping within the continental United States for all orders of $50 or more.

Continental United States - Over $50 - Free

Continental United States - Under $50 (non-hazmat) - $9.00

Continental United States - Under $50 (hazmat) - $17.00

Non-Continental United States - (non-hazmat only) - $17.00

Shipping Speed

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping through our website. Most orders ship and arrive within 3-7 business days, but timelines are not guaranteed. For faster service, we recommend using our Store Locater page to see if there is a retailer near you.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website at this time. If you are interested in placing an international order, please us our Contact Us page and one of our representatives will reach out.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened or had the seal broken.

For any order product that is unopened and in new condition, we will accept returns within 30 calendar days from order placement. Please use our Contact Us form to start the return process.

The customer is responsible to pay the shipping charges for all returns.

We do not offer formal exchanges. Customers will need to initiate a return and place a separate order for new product.

If you placed an order with a third party store or vendor, please contact that vendor to initiate the return or exchange process.
